Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Taxtrix Advisory LLP (“Taxtrix”, “we”, “us”, “our”). As a professional services and compliance firm, we invest time, effort, and resources into reviewing documents, preparing filings, and initiating compliance processes soon after a service request is placed.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


1. Services Once Started Are Non-Refundable

Payments made for services where work has already begun are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • GST registration or filing work initiated
  • Income-tax filing work initiated
  • Company/LLP incorporation work initiated
  • ROC/MCA or compliance work started
  • Trademark filing initiated
  • Any documentation, drafting, or review work completed or underway

If the government portal rejects a filing due to incorrect or incomplete client information, government system errors, or delays, refunds will not be issued.


2. Refunds Before Work Has Started

A full or partial refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started on the requested service
  • No documents or draft filings have been prepared
  • No professional staff time has been spent on the task

Any such refund is at the sole discretion of Taxtrix and may be subject to administrative fees.


3. Government Fees, Third-Party Charges, or Penalties

Government fees, stamp duty, challan payments, or third-party charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes fees paid to:

  • GST Department
  • Income Tax Department
  • MCA/ROC
  • Trademark Registry
  • Any other statutory authority

4. Client Delays or Non-Cooperation

Refunds will not be issued if a service cannot be completed because of:

  • Delay in providing documents or information
  • Providing incorrect or incomplete information
  • Failure to respond within reasonable timelines
  • Failure to meet statutory deadlines due to client delay

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please email us at contact@taxtrix.in with proof of both transactions. After verifying, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment only.


6. Change of Mind

Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind requests after placing an order or making a payment, especially where resources have already been allocated.


7. Service Non-Delivery Due to Taxtrix Error

In rare cases where a service cannot be delivered due to an error solely attributable to Taxtrix, and where no government fee or statutory filing has been completed, we may offer:

  • a refund, or
  • a credit note, or
  • a repeat service at no additional cost

This determination is made case-by-case at the discretion of Taxtrix.


8. No Guarantee of Outcome

Taxtrix provides professional preparation and filing services, but we do not guarantee outcomes dependent on government approvals, processing times, technical issues, or external factors.


9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible as per this Policy), please contact:

Kindly include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email / phone
  • Invoice number
  • Payment method and screenshot
  • Reason for refund request

Refund processing (if approved) may take 7–14 working days.


10. Amendments

Taxtrix may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page along with the updated “Last updated” date.
