Refunds Policy

We are happy to welcome you to Taxtrix, a network of professionals. We appreciate your purchase of our services/products through our website (taxtrix.in). Our main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction. We do have a standard procedure in place for handling refunds, which is explained below:

  1. You have the option to request a refund without providing any specific reason - it's completely your choice.
    • If you, as the purchaser, decide to request a refund, we will reimburse you the full amount received. However, it is important to notify us via email at refunds@taxtrix.in within 4 hours of making the purchase or payment. After this 4-hour window, we won't be able to process any refund requests.
    • Once your order has been assigned to our network of professionals, which includes Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), Lawyers, Engineers, Management Consultants, and other professionals, we are unable to provide any refunds. We allocate resources and initiate the necessary processes to fulfil your request once it has been assigned, making it impractical for us to offer refunds at that stage.
    • In the event that we do not receive a response from you via email, call, or WhatsApp for a period exceeding seven (7) days, we will consider the order as cancelled. Please note that under such circumstances, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason for the lack of response.
    • The approval of the refund is dependent on the consultant. In the event of a dispute between the client and the consultant, it will be considered as an individual dispute between them. Taxtrix will not be held liable for any such disputes that may arise.
    • Before purchasing services from our website, taxtrix.in, it is important that you have a clear understanding of the applicable government fees, government compliance requirements, necessary documents, and any other requirements such as infrastructure, land, or commercial premises that may be needed to obtain licences, registrations, certifications, or government approvals/clearances. You are responsible for providing all the required documents and information as requested by our network of professionals. If you are unable to provide such information within a maximum period of 15 days, the services you have availed from Taxtrix will be considered completed, and you will be required to pay the remaining balance. It's important to note that in professional services, time is valuable, and every advice given or time spent during a call carries a cost and time commitment.
  2. Refund for Unfulfilled Services by Our Professionals
    • Refund Policy for Unfulfilled Services due to Changes in Law: No refund shall be made if the network of professionals cannot deliver the services due to a change in the law and you are unable to meet the revised regulatory requirements set by the government. However, if you have provided all the required documents, qualifications, and facilities, and the network of professionals either lacks experience in providing the specified services or refuses to work on your assignment, we, as the aggregator of professionals, may assign the service order to other professionals within our network. If, during a cooling period of 30 days, none of the professionals are able to deliver the services, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to refunds@taxtrix.in.
    • Exclusion of Refund Requests for Regulatory Delays: Please note that any delay caused by regulatory authorities or government departments is not eligible for refund requests. Delays from regulatory authorities will not be considered as delays from the consultant's end. The consultant will provide the necessary legal advice in a timely manner as and when required.
    • Non-Refundable Rejection by Government Authorities: Please be aware that if the application is rejected by government authorities for reasons beyond the control of the professional, no refund requests will be entertained. In the event that the client wishes to re-apply after such rejection, they will be required to pay 70% of the professional fees, 100% of the government fees, and any additional travel/MSc fees necessary to complete the assignment. If the client agrees to these terms, the professionals will create a fresh order only after obtaining approval from the client.
    • Acknowledgement of Government Penalties or Fees: You acknowledge that government authorities have the right to impose penalties or fees on you for various reasons. In such cases, you agree to bear all such penalties, and neither the consultant nor Taxtrix shall be held responsible for any actions or impositions by the government authorities.
    • Confirmation of Non-Agency Status and Platform Principles: By purchasing services from our website, you confirm that you are not an agent, middleman, or an unregistered legal professional in any capacity. You understand that Taxtrix is a legal platform exclusively intended for businesses or individuals seeking legal services. If any service order is received from a middleman or unregistered professionals, or professionals outside the Taxtrix network, it will be considered a violation of our platform principles. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
    • Non-Entertainment of Refunds for Shared Documents: Please note that refunds will not be entertained if you have already shared the required documents for processing the service order through email or WhatsApp. Once the documents have been shared, the refund request cannot be accommodated.

Refund method

We will give your money back in the same way we received it from you. We won't give a refund to anyone else under any circumstances.

We will process your refund within at least 30 days after it has been approved by the network of professionals (taxtrix.in).

Escalation matrix

Level 1: Send an email to the designated professionals (Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, or other professionals) and include help@taxtrix.in in the CC. It may take around one week to reach a final decision.

Level 2: If you are not satisfied or still have concerns after Level 1, you can escalate the matter to our nodal officer at info@taxtrix.in. The resolution process at this level may take up to seven (7) working days. Please note that the decision of the nodal officer is considered final.

Other terms

Your inquiry will be posted on our website (taxtrix.in).

We have received the payment you made online in the bank account of CashFree and through our payment gateways.

Based on the package you have selected, a professional from our network will be assigned to you within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

While making the payment, we assume that you are aware of your service requirements and the documents needed to obtain the registration, licenses, or approvals you are seeking.

The documents requested by the professionals or government agencies will be considered final, and you agree to provide them as and when required.

Dispute Settlement: In the event of a dispute between the parties, the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute shall lie with the New Delhi court.

Taxtrix reserves the right to modify the information provided on the website at any time and without prior notice. Therefore, we suggest that you periodically review this information for any updates or changes.
